All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selections, or products that have been used.

However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and showing a clear video & clear photographs of the issue.

We will review your concern and arrange an appropriate resolution, including a replacement or refund where applicable.

Refunds, when approved, will be processed through the original payment method.

This policy does not affect any rights available under applicable consumer protection laws.
